Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex account issues and escalations efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide product training and guidance to new team members during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a reliable attendance record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
