Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and virtual customer support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software/hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Manage client appointments and coordinate with cross-functional support teams
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Conduct product demonstrations for visiting clients and partners
- Assist with inventory management of office tech supplies
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or tech support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
- Exceptional verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday & Sunday)
- Valid California driver's license (occasional client site visits required)
