Responsibilities
- Execute efficient inventory management protocols including cycle counts and audits
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain safety standards in a warehouse environment
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates
- Report operational metrics to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience or relevant technical training
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company test)
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with potential OT
