Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment using WMS systems.
- Safely load, unload, and organize shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain high standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team lead to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
