Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments using provided hydraulic equipment
- Train new associates on proper equipment usage protocols
- Document equipment maintenance logs and operational reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment assistance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
