Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet strict shipping deadlines and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure stock levels are optimal.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company safety and shipping regulations.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips and shipping logs, with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable transportation method and be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
