Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and restock inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment to track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not always required.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
