Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials around the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general labor tasks including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (we sponsor visas).
- Basic math skills for inventory and quantity checks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
