Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Process and prepare customer orders efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and operating warehouse software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
