Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and accurately using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise for daily distribution.
- Conduct daily quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Forklift certification (if available, highly preferred).
