Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency for timely shipment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) with proper training
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (climate-controlled warehouse)
