Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (all provided)
- Sort, organize, and inventory incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report maintenance needs
- Utilize handheld scanners for inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous warehouse or equipment operation experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
