Responsibilities
- Operate industrial warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Prepare and package products for shipment to customers across the United States.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, scanning, and scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, and weekends if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; strong work ethic is a must.
