Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or errors before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations accurately.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
