Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, pack, and stage merchandise and products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate industrial machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners or computer systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on specific shift requirements.
