Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory management processes.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
