Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and conveyor systems, with precision.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Assist in loading trucks for delivery to ensure timely distribution.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties, but helpful for mobility).
