Responsibilities
- Accurately process, package, and ship incoming/outgoing inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized stock in 50,000+ sq ft warehouse facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory movements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe work environment through proper 5S practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with basic inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
