Responsibilities
- Monitor production lines and quality control checkpoints during night operations.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Document non-conformance reports and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate inspection equipment and software systems accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or logistics preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
