Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Sort, organize, and label inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant work environments
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork ethic
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
