Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory with precision and speed using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and quality control.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval and maximum space utilization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to update inventory counts and track shipments.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
