Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory with precision
- Pick and pack orders accurately for timely shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail in order fulfillment
- Fast-paced environment adaptability
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
