Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and safety
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Background check required
