Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package incoming shipments with precision
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized inventory in our 24/7 climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with diverse teams across 3 shifts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols daily
- Participate in monthly productivity bonus programs
- Assist with monthly inventory counts
Qualifications
- Valid work permit or visa (visa sponsorship available)
- Basic English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to our Industry Park location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required
