Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload trucks and freight containers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Pick and pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following basic operational training.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
