Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 person overnight warehouse team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols during all shift operations
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation departments
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to management
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI tracking documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
