Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack)
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- No degree required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license preferred
