Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets and quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
