Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided on-site).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack, seal, and label products for safe transport.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required; relevant experience is valued.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels and tracking inventory.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
