What You Will Do
As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the seamless flow of goods through our distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify shipment details against packing slips and resolve any errors immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in a fast-paced team setting.
