Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate night shift operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance standards across the facility.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling of cargo.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Valid Forklift Certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
