Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks (equipment provided).
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage and ensure accurate placement in storage areas.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and reading labels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse roles, but preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
