Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, conducting regular stock counts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet seasonal targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Current H2B Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
