Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count inventory items to ensure accuracy in stock records and order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Pack and label products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as required by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required; relevant experience will be considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Henderson facility.
