Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory in warehouse storage areas
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship (no prior experience required)
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid work authorization for EB3 sponsorship process
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
