Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products safely and efficiently.
- Perform receiving duties, including checking incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Must be eligible for EB3 visa sponsorship or already possess valid work authorization.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
