Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and efficiency
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No college degree required - on-the-job training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship eligibility for international applicants
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth, TX worksite
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
