Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and document discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
