Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damages, and discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and update digital logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks related to order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Forklift certification is preferred; training may be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
