Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Verify and maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and tagging technologies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets efficiently.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the maintenance of warehouse equipment and reporting any mechanical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (preferred).
- Valid driver's license is a plus, but not mandatory for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
