Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Organize, sort, and stock inventory in the warehouse using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials as required.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Assist in packing and preparing orders for shipping to local and regional clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory scanning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for new hires.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
