Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company network infrastructure including LAN/WAN systems and cloud services
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular security audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT solutions aligned with business goals
- Document IT systems, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Certifications in CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
