Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system architecture.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and enforce best coding practices.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term technical fixes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
