Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and system troubleshooting
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Develop automation scripts for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (NIST, ISO)
- Mentor junior IT staff and document technical procedures
- Manage server virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure support
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
