Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using ticketing systems
- Install and configure workstations, printers, and network equipment
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
- Complete vendor-specific certification training (AWS/CompTIA)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification (or pursuing)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
