Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Analyze and resolve complex hardware and software issues with minimal downtime.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical tickets.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements for the weekend team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
