Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and service standards
- Coordinate daily workflow, including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Submit detailed shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in customer service or retail
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak periods
