Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the loading, unloading, and sorting of packages and freight to ensure timely delivery to the Atlanta and Virginia hubs.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and manage inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards and are free from damage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Customer Service: Assist in resolving inquiries related to shipments and orders.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
