Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for operational efficiency
- Train staff on new equipment, processes, and safety procedures
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and personnel
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS software
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Flexible availability for occasional overtime
