Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients and visitors.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash handling responsibly.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating shift.

- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose, Ohio location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
